Business Coaching and Professional Support
Some time ago we at Corporate Solutions initiated financial and business coaching programs to benefit franchisees and (ultimately franchisors) in the areas of essential business management skills. Our goal is to partner with Franchisors and franchisees to deliver:
- Improved financial and accounting guidance and cost-effective benchmarking
- Better and more direct mentoring and support to build growth and business value
- Better work/life balance of business owners
- Improved cost effectiveness of external accounting support
We partner with clients and possess the ability to be pro-active, support and guide franchisees from an independent “business coach” perspective. This in turn benefits franchisors who are able to differentiate their own franchise offering.
Methodology and options
Delivery to new franchisees the Corporate Solutions 12 week “New in Business” coaching program, a partnership delivery that supports the in-house technical and marketing collateral provided by the franchise organisation, with an external qualified business coach. The role of the coach is to be an independent advisor, teacher and guide to encourage better business decisions, accountability and value building.
Delivery to existing franchisee businesses our “Essential Business Management Skills Program“ developed for face to face delivery in a series of workshops based upon the goal of teaching an understanding of business fundamentals to essentially technician focussed owner operators.
Collaborative benchmarking – In addition to the delivery of business coaching to present and existing franchisees, we provide our management information systems to produce specific “finance-for-non-accountants” skills programs, introduce basic benchmarking (based upon “balanced scorecard” methodologies) – producing regular monitoring and measuring feedback loops for franchise stores.
